Skills: Strong communication and negotiation skills Good knowledge of field sales and client handling Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships Self-motivated and target-oriented Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email communication) Roles & Responsibilities: Handle field sales activities and meet potential clients to promote interior design services. Work on leads provided by the company and convert them into successful business opportunities. Maintain regular follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and closure. Prepare and present sales reports to the management. Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth. Coordinate with the design and project teams for client requirements and proposals.
