iiScape Designers is looking for dynamic, result-oriented

Sales Executives

to join our

interior fit-out division

. The ideal candidate will play a key role in generating business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and converting qualified leads into successful sales. If you are passionate about interiors and possess strong client-handling skills, we'd love to meet you.

Key Responsibilities:



Convert incoming leads from

digital marketing, walk-ins, and referrals

into confirmed projects. Meet with prospective clients to understand their interior design and furnishing needs. Promote iScape's interior solutions across

residential, commercial, and office projects

. Coordinate with design and estimation teams to prepare and present proposals, BOQs, and design concepts. Handle negotiations, pricing, and contract finalizations in alignment with company policies. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients throughout the project cycle. Maintain accurate sales records and update client interactions in CRM/ERP systems. Collaborate with the marketing team to contribute ideas for promotional campaigns and lead generation. Achieve monthly sales targets and provide weekly updates to the management team. Stay updated with current market trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences.

Qualifications:



Education

: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Interior Design, or related field.

Experience

:

2-10 years

of experience in a similar role, preferably in residential and commercial interior projects.

Skills

:

Strong understanding of

residential and commercial furnishing solutions

. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Ability to understand basic design concepts and interpret client requirements effectively. Goal-driven and capable of working independently as well as part of a team.

Knowledge

:

Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools.

Working Conditions:



Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and site visits.
