Sales Executive - Interior Design Projects (Cafes & Restaurants)

Nail & Hammer Pvt. Ltd. is an interior design and build company specializing in

cafes, restaurants, salons, and commercial spaces

.

We are looking for a

Sales Executive (Male/Female)

who can generate leads, connect with clients, and convert opportunities into successful interior design projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and approach potential clients in the

hospitality and commercial sectors

(cafes, salons, restaurants, etc.). Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business. Present company portfolio, project work, and design concepts to clients. Coordinate between the

client and design team

for project requirements and quotations. Manage

site visits, proposal discussions, and client meetings

. Meet monthly and quarterly

sales targets

as set by management. Maintain records of leads, meetings, and conversions in an organized manner.

Requirements:

Minimum

1-3 years of sales experience

in

interior design, architecture, or furniture industry

. Preference for candidates who have worked on

cafe, restaurant, or commercial interiors

. Excellent

communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

. Good understanding of

design process, materials, and project timelines

. Must be

self-driven

, result-oriented, and confident to meet clients independently.
