Job Summary:


Sales Executive - Interior Design



We are seeking a motivated

Sales Executive

with a passion for interiors and a basic understanding of design. This role involves generating leads, meeting clients, visiting sites and showrooms, and ensuring seamless communication between clients and the design team. The ideal candidate will have strong sales skills, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to provide basic design inputs during discussions.

Key Responsibilities:



Generate, manage, and follow up on client leads through calls, meetings, and walk-ins. Meet clients to understand requirements, budgets, and lifestyle needs. Accompany clients on

showroom visits

for material, furniture, and product selections. Conduct

site visits

with clients, vendors, and the design team. Present the company's design process, services, and portfolio effectively. Provide

basic design suggestions

(layouts, colors, material options) to support client conversations. Coordinate with the design team for proposals, quotations, and presentations. Handle client queries, ensure smooth communication, and build long-term relationships. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales/conversion targets. Maintain sales trackers, client records, and market insights.

Requirements & Skills:



Bachelor's/Diploma in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or related field. 1-3 years of experience in sales (interior design/home decor/real estate preferred). Basic knowledge of design principles, space planning, and materials. Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Willingness to travel for

site visits, vendor meetings, and client show rounds

. Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with AutoCAD/SketchUp/Photoshop (advantage). Goal-driven, client-focused, and proactive.

Preferred Qualities:



Passion for interiors and design trends. Confident, approachable, and persuasive. Ability to multitask and handle multiple clients simultaneously. Collaborative team player with a positive attitude.
Experience : Minimum 1 year preferred in the relevant industry
Communication : should be excellent in English, kannada & hindi
salary : 20,000/- onwards
