We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven

Sales Executive

to join our interior design and construction company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing leads, client communication, meetings, and follow-ups. Your main goal will be to convert inquiries into successful projects through regular engagement and persuasive communication.

This is a

target-based role

. Candidates must be self-motivated, organized, and confident in handling end-to-end sales responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls to potential clients. Follow up with leads consistently to build trust and interest. Set up and attend client meetings to understand requirements. Create accurate quotations and explain offerings clearly. Convert qualified leads into successful sales/projects. Work toward monthly sales targets and goals. Keep records of leads, calls, and progress updates. Coordinate with internal teams to support client onboarding.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
