Field Sales Executive - Interior & Construction

to drive business growth through on-site client acquisition and relationship building. The candidate must have experience in selling interior design solutions while working directly at construction sites.

Key Responsibilities:

Visit construction sites to generate leads and convert prospects into clients. Promote interior design services to builders, contractors, and property owners. Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations outside the office. Achieve monthly sales targets and prepare sales reports. Coordinate with design and execution teams for smooth project onboarding. Maintain strong client relationships for repeat business.

Requirements:

1-3 years experience in interior or construction sales.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Willingness to travel and work on-site. Target-oriented and confident personality
