sell insurance policies by identifying client needs, explaining products, building client relationships, and meeting sales targets

Key Responsibilities

Sales and Client Acquisition:

Proactively generate new business leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and community engagement. Contact potential clients and schedule meetings to present insurance products and services. Achieve or exceed monthly and annual sales targets and performance metrics.

Consultation and Policy Selection:

Interview prospective clients to evaluate their financial situation, risk exposure, and insurance needs (e.g., life, health, property, casualty, business insurance). Analyze existing policies and recommend additions, modifications, or new policies to ensure adequate coverage. Explain the features, advantages, and disadvantages of various insurance plans in a clear and understandable manner. Qualifications and Requirements

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent is required; a Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field is preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
