Understand customer requirements and provide suitable insurance solutions.
Liaise with multiple insurance companies to offer clients the best options.
Maintain strong client relationships for renewals and cross-selling opportunities.
Ensure proper documentation and compliance with regulatory guidelines.
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Provide after-sales support and handle client queries effectively.
Coordinate with internal teams for policy issuance, claims assistance, and customer service.
