Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:



Generate leads and acquire new clients for broking and insurance products (Life, General, Health, Corporate policies, etc.). Understand customer requirements and provide suitable insurance solutions. Liaise with multiple insurance companies to offer clients the best options. Maintain strong client relationships for renewals and cross-selling opportunities. Ensure proper documentation and compliance with regulatory guidelines. Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to business growth. Provide after-sales support and handle client queries effectively. Coordinate with internal teams for policy issuance, claims assistance, and customer service.
