Conduct product presentations, samples, and demos to convert leads into business.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and objectives.
Coordinate with the supply chain and operations team to ensure timely delivery of products.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis for management.
Collect payments and ensure account reconciliation in a timely manner.
Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
Represent the company at exhibitions, trade shows, and promotional events when required.
Key Requirements:
Minimum
3-4 years
of relevant experience in
HoReCa
or
Institutional Sales
.
Proven track record in
B2B field sales
.
Good communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
Should own a
two-wheeler or four-wheeler
with a valid driving license (conveyance expenses may be reimbursed as per policy).
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
