The Sales Executive - Institutional Level will be responsible for managing institutional and government clients, handling tender processes, and executing large-scale B2B deals. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of institutional procurement and relationship management with key decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities
Identify business opportunities within public sector, educational, and corporate institutions.
Manage tenders, proposals, and bidding processes.
Build strong relationships with key institutional clients and procurement teams.
Prepare and present customized product or service proposals.
Achieve institutional sales targets and ensure consistent revenue growth.
Coordinate with finance, operations, and logistics teams for order fulfillment.
Keep abreast of government regulations and procurement policies.
Required Skills
Strong understanding of institutional/government sales processes.
Excellent communication, documentation, and negotiation abilities.
Proven experience in handling tenders and contracts.
Analytical mindset and strategic sales planning capability.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, or related field.
MBA preferred.
3-5 years of experience in institutional or enterprise-level sales.
