About the Role:
The primary responsibility of this role is to convert leads generated through Google and Meta Ads into confirmed bookings for our resorts--WildCamp Resort Igatpuri, Spring Nature Stay, Kashid, and Seawinds Hotels, Guhaghar.
You must be confident in communication and able to present information effectively through calls, emails, and messaging. This role also involves coordinating and brainstorming with the Digital Marketing team to provide feedback on lead quality and suggest improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
Convert inbound leads into bookings across all associated resorts
Communicate professionally and persuasively via call, email, and messaging
Coordinate with the Digital Marketing team to discuss lead quality, challenges, and improvements
Maintain follow-ups and ensure timely responses to inquiries
Accurately document interactions, leads, and booking status
Work towards achieving monthly conversion targets
Requirements:
? Strong communication and presentation skills
? Confident and self-driven personality
? Basic computer literacy (Excel, emails, CRM tools)
? Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
? Experience in telesales or customer service is an added advantage
