Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound sales calls to potential customers on daily basis
Explain company products/services clearly and convincingly
Generate leads, qualify prospects, and convert them into sales
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and conversions
Meet and exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
Follow the sales script, guidelines, and calling process
Coordinate with the senior sales team for follow-ups and closures
Share insights from customer conversations to improve strategies
Ensure high-quality, professional communication at all times
Requirements:
? 2-4 years of experience in inside sales / telesales / outbound calling
? Strong communication and convincing skills
? Bilingual fluency: Gujarati and Marathi (Preferred )
? Ability to handle objections and close sales
? Understanding of sales funnels and conversion principles
? Good negotiation and follow-up skills
? Basic computer literacy (MS Office, CRM tools)
? Target-driven, confident, and self-motivated.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in BPO outbound sales
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
Additional regional languages are an added advantage
