Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and empathetic Sales Executive to join our on?site Sales & Client Relations team at the AIWO Wellness Center. This role involves interacting directly with walk?in clients, explaining our wellness programs, diagnostic tests, and supplement plans, and guiding them through a seamless health journey--from inquiry to post?consultation engagement.
Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist walk?in clients, understand their wellness needs, and recommend suitable AIWO programs and tests.
  • Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings for diagnostic tests, wellness programs, or supplement packages.
  • Maintain strong communication and follow?up through WhatsApp, calls, or email to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Update client records, lead notes, and follow?up activities accurately in Zoho CRM.
  • Coordinate with doctors, dieticians, service, and marketing teams for smooth customer experiences.
  • Share reports, offers, and festive campaign details to promote upselling and cross?selling opportunities.
  • Collect client feedback and ensure their post?service experience meets AIWO standards.
Requirements
Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Preferred: Business, Life Sciences, or Communication).
  • 2-3 years of experience in in?person or front?desk sales (Healthcare, Wellness, or Hospitality preferred).
  • Fluency in Tamil, English, and Hindi (spoken and written).
  • Strong interpersonal, listening, and persuasion abilities.
  • Experience with CRM tools (Zoho preferred) and digital communication platforms.
  • Professional appearance, positive attitude, and genuine passion for health and wellness.
