Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.

Maintaining outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards. Greet customers and make them feel welcome Assist with the sales process by maintaining a fully stocked store. Answering the phone call queries regarding the order. Customer relationship and service skills. Patience and the ability to remain calm in stressful situations. Sensitivity and understanding. The ability to use your initiative. Excellent verbal communication skills in English, Kannada,Hindi & Tulu and other local languages. Update customer records in the company database as required Giving advice and guidance on product selection to customers Responsible for dealing with customer complaints. Having a friendly and engaging personality. Comfortable working with members of the public. Assisting on the delivery of products to delivery service agents Should have a confident manner.
Must be helpful and polite.

Assistants should be physically fit as they will be on their feet for most of the day Should alert the stock team regarding stocks Maintain a clean, organized, and comfortable environment Be attentive to customers, providing answers to any questions Make recommendations Ensure a good selection for the customer and the product Should be of a smart appearance and articulate.
