OnO Creators is looking for a proactive and target-driven
Sales Executive
with strong experience in
influencer marketing
. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience working with influencers, executing campaigns, and driving sales through creator collaborations.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and onboard influencers suitable for client campaigns.
Pitch influencer marketing services/packages to potential clients and close deals.
Maintain and grow relationships with influencers, clients, and agencies.
Handle end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to conversion.
Coordinate with internal teams and creators for campaign briefs, deliverables, and timelines.
Meet monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Prepare proposals, reports, and follow-up documentation.
Requirements:
Mandatory
experience in influencer marketing + sales.
Strong network and understanding of the creator ecosystem (Instagram, YouTube, etc.).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
