Job Description

1. Business Development



Identify new industrial customers across manufacturing units, workshops, OEMs, and distributors. Generate leads through market visits, cold calls, references, and digital channels. Present product solutions based on customer requirements.

2. Customer Relationship Management



Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business. Provide timely support, follow-ups, and after-sales service. Understand customer pain points and offer suitable product recommendations.

3. Sales & Revenue Growth



Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Prepare and submit quotations, pricing proposals, and tenders. Negotiate effectively to close deals with favorable margins.

4. Product & Technical Knowledge



Understand industrial product features, applications, and competitive advantages. Conduct product demos and presentations at customer sites. Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities.

5. Reporting & Documentation



Maintain daily sales reports and visit logs. Update CRM/ERP systems with customer data and sales progress. Coordinate with internal teams for billing, logistics, and supply.

6. Market Intelligence



Provide insights on customer needs, industry developments, and market opportunities. Monitor competitor pricing, promotions, and new product launches.

Skills & Qualifications



Graduate / Diploma in Engineering, Sales, or related field. 1-5 years of experience in industrial product sales (lubricants, bearings, machinery, tools, etc. preferred). Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to understand technical products and explain benefits clearly. Willingness to travel for field visits.
