Job Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join the team in Coimbatore. The role is ideal for a professional with prior experience in B2B and B2G sales within the Industrial Paint and coatings industry . This position involves building and nurturing strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales growth in a highly competitive markets. The Ideal Candidate will have hands-on experience in industrial and government sales within the paint sector, backed by a solid understanding of paint chemistry and strong persuasive communication skills. Job Responsibilities : Identify and pursue new business opportunities in B2B and B2G segments, including infrastructure, chemical zones, refineries, and public sector clients. Develop and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients by understanding their requirements and offering customized product solutions. Consistently meet or exceed sales targets by identifying customer needs, closing deals, and promoting value-added products. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client preferences to inform sales strategy and product positioning. Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of paint and coating products, including their features, applications, and benefits. Collect and communicate customer requirements internally to ensure high-quality service and product delivery. Prepare and submit regular sales reports, including forecasts, client feedback, and market insights for management review. Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing, product development, and customer service to ensure customer satisfaction. Provide excellent post-sales support, addressing client inquiries and ensuring timely delivery and service resolution. Job Requirements: Experience: 2 to 5 years of sales experience in the paint and coatings industry, preferably in B2B and government sales. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field, OR Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline with relevant paint industry experience. Strong knowledge of paints, coatings, and industrial applications. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Proficient in relationship building and customer engagement. Familiarity with B2B/B2G sales processes and government tendering. Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite. Self-driven with a proactive attitude and strong problem-solving abilities.
