We are looking for a
dedicated Sales Executive
to handle our Indiamart account
end-to-end
. The candidate will be responsible for managing enquiries, generating leads, closing sales, and building long-term relationships with customers via Indiamart. The role requires someone
experienced in the footwear/textiles industry
, with a strong understanding of product specifications, market trends, and client expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the
TrustKnit Indiamart account
independently, including uploading products, responding to enquiries, and updating listings.
Generate and follow up on
leads
, convert enquiries into confirmed orders, and ensure timely delivery.
Maintain excellent customer relationships to drive repeat business and improve client satisfaction.
Collaborate with internal teams (production, logistics, and procurement) to ensure smooth order processing.
Analyze
market trends
, competitor listings, and pricing strategies on Indiamart to maximize sales opportunities.
Prepare weekly/monthly reports on
leads, orders, and sales performance
.
Ensure all customer communications are professional, timely, and compliant with company policies.
Suggest and implement strategies to
increase visibility and sales
on Indiamart.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Proven experience
managing B2B sales via Indiamart or similar platforms.
Industry experience
in footwear materials, textiles, or related manufacturing sectors.
Strong
communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
.
Good understanding of
order processing, quotations, pricing, and product specifications
.
Self-motivated, result-oriented, and capable of
handling a sales account independently
.
Basic knowledge of
MS Office, CRM tools, and Indiamart platform
.
