Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Generate new leads and business opportunities via platforms like IndiaMART, referrals, and cold calling.

Handle inquiries received through IndiaMART and convert them into potential clients.

Understand customer requirements and offer appropriate solutions or products.

Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients for repeat business.

Manage the entire sales cycle - from lead generation to closure.

Meet and exceed sales targets on a monthly/quarterly basis.

Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-ups using CRM or Excel.

Required Skills:

Familiarity with IndiaMART: Comfortable navigating, using, and generating leads through IndiaMART supplier interface.

B2B Sales Expertise: Prior experience in B2B sales is highly preferred.

Basic Computer Knowledge: Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Emailing, and CRM tools.

Excellent Communication & Convincing Skills: Confidently present products/services to clients and handle objections effectively.

Strong negotiation and closing skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Graduate in any discipline (Commerce, Marketing preferred but not mandatory).

Good command of spoken and written English and Hindi/local language.

Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
