Key Responsibilities

:

Communication

: Excellent oral communication skills, fluent in Hindi, English, and Telugu.

CRM Proficiency

: Must have experience with CRM tools such as ZOHO, SAP, FOCUS, etc.

Client Interaction

: Respond promptly to sales inquiries through phone calls, emails, and other channels.

Sales Follow-Up

: Conduct follow-up calls with potential clients until order confirmation is achieved.

Client Management

: Maintain detailed client records to enhance sales opportunities and ensure seamless communication.

Negotiation

: Skillfully negotiate with clients to close orders and secure favorable terms.

Data Analysis

: Identify new opportunities with existing leads, analyze data, and strategize to maximize sales.

Product Knowledge

: Communicate effectively with clients about the company's products, services, and value propositions.

Flexibility

: Work flexible hours as required to meet business needs and client availability.

Qualifications

:

Graduate or Post-Graduate in any field. 0 to 2 years of tele-calling or related sales experience. Basic system knowledge (MS Office, email).

Skills

:

Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills. Ability to build rapport with clients and handle queries with patience. Self-motivated and target-driven, with a proactive approach to sales. Good organizational skills to manage client data and follow-up tasks.

Preferred

:

Experience using CRM software like ZOHO, SAP, or FOCUS. Prior experience in inbound sales or customer support roles.
