Job Description

We are looking for a

Sales Executive

to operate from office who is energetic, target-driven, and has prior experience in the

lighting industry

. The role involves

cold calling, customer follow-ups, and converting leads into sales

through excellent communication and product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound

cold calls

- 40-50 per day to potential customers and generate interest in our lighting products. Explain product features, offers, and benefits clearly to convince clients. Handle incoming sales inquiries and follow up with leads to close deals. Maintain a daily call log and customer database. Coordinate with the internal team for quotations, orders, and dispatch updates. Build long-term customer relationships and assist in after-sales support if needed. Required Skills & Qualifications:Minimum

1-3 years of experience

in lighting or related industry sales. Strong verbal communication skills in Hindi & English. Proven ability to

convince and convert

customers over phone calls. Good negotiation and interpersonal skills. Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM entry, WhatsApp communication). What We Offer:Competitive salary + performance-based incentives. Opportunity to grow within the organization.
