Sales Executive Inbound & Business Development

Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Executive to handle all inbound sales queries, nurture customer relationships, and create new business opportunities. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to convert leads into loyal customers while driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:



Inbound Sales Management



Handle all incoming sales queries from website, social media, email, and phone. Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products or collections. Follow up with leads to ensure conversions and repeat sales. Maintain accurate lead and customer data in the CRM.

Business Development



Identify new sales opportunities through partnerships, collaborations, and retail tie-ups. Generate leads for corporate gifting, events, and bulk orders. Support onboarding of new retail partners and marketplaces.

Customer Relationship Management



Build and nurture relationships with high-value customers to drive loyalty. Deliver premium customer service and handle escalations with care. Gather feedback to improve customer experience and product offerings.

Reporting & Coordination



Work closely with marketing and operations for smooth order fulfillment. Provide weekly reports on sales performance and lead conversions. Assist in creating and executing sales strategies to achieve targets.

Qualifications & Skills:



Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. 1-3 years of sales experience (jewelry/fashion/luxury preferred). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset. Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting. Goal-oriented with the ability to meet and exceed targets.
