Job Brief



As a Sales Executive, you will play a key role in driving the company's sales growth by

identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and promoting our

range of industrial chillers and refrigeration products across India.

Key Responsibilities



? Develop and maintain long-term relationships with existing and new customers

(Retail chains, supermarkets, Dealers)

? Identify potential clients and establish new business opportunities in assigned

territory for refrigeration / cold-room / retail cooling solutions.

? Manage dealer networks: assist with onboarding, training, support, and growth of

distributor / dealer relationships.

? Understand customer requirements and propose suitable solutions

? Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support sales strategies

? Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations and product demonstrations

? Negotiate and close deals to achieve monthly and annual sales targets

? Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and close deals.

? Coordinate internally with engineering, installation, service and logistics teams to

ensure timely delivery and installation of equipment.

? Monitor market trends, collect competitor intelligence, pricing and product?

information, and submit regular reports to Sales Manager.

Maintain Excel records of leads, customer visits, quotations, orders and follow-up

status.

Requirements and Skills



? Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related discipline

? Must have 1-3 years of sales experience in

cold-room / Retail Refrigeration



Industry

or related HVAC

? Familiarity with refrigeration systems, cold-room applications, retail display

cabinets or cooling solutions is an advantage.

? Good communication and interpersonal skills; ability to interact with technical &

commercial stakeholders.

? Excellent negotiation and interpersonal abilities

? Proficiency in English and local languages

? Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

? Willing to travel within territory (client visits, dealer meetings) and work in a target-

driven environment.

? Self-motivated, result-oriented with ability to work independently as well as in a

team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
