Key Responsibilities:
Support the
Jio Point Manager
in daily operations of the store.
Ensure
customer onboarding, engagement, and service
delivery meet quality standards.
Drive
sales targets
through promotions, up-selling, and cross-selling of Jio products and services.
Manage
inventory and stock levels
, coordinating with logistics and supply teams.
Handle
cash and billing
operations accurately and securely.
Provide guidance and motivation to
Digital Sales Associates (DSAs)
and resolve operational issues.
Collect and analyze customer feedback and resolve grievances to enhance customer experience.
Ensure compliance with Jio's operational policies and safety guidelines.
Coordinate with local authorities and third-party vendors as required.
Requirements:
Education:
Graduate in any discipline (preferred: Commerce, Business, or related field).
Experience:
1-2 years in retail, telecom, FMCG, or sales preferred.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Familiarity with basic digital tools and mobile applications.
Ability to lead small teams and handle multi-tasking roles.
Customer-first attitude with a passion for fieldwork.
