Key Responsibilities
Manage daily operations of the Jio Point store.
Lead the team to meet sales targets and operational goals.
Ensure high standards of customer service and satisfaction.
Handle inventory, billing, stock replenishment, and store maintenance.
Support customer onboarding and assist with product/service queries.
Promote Jio products and services in the assigned territory.
Prepare daily/weekly sales and performance reports.
Maintain coordination with the regional sales team.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).
0-6 months of retail/sales experience, preferably in telecom/FMCG.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Tech-savvy with knowledge of Jio products/services (preferred).
Willingness to travel locally as needed.
