1-3 years in FMCG Sales (preferred)

Role Overview

As a Sales Executive, you will be the front-line driver of our sales operations, working closely with distributors and retailers to increase product availability and visibility. You will play a crucial role in expanding our market presence and achieving sales targets within your assigned area.

Key Responsibilities

Actively generate sales through daily visits to retail outlets and distributors Ensure product availability, proper merchandising, and attractive displays at all points of sale Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and customers Assist in order collection, timely product delivery, and follow-up on payments Support promotional activities and campaigns to boost sales and brand awareness Track competitor activity and report market trends to management Maintain accurate and timely sales records and reports using digital tools
Candidate Profile

1-3 years of experience in FMCG sales or retail sales environment preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Self-motivated with a customer-centric attitude Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in the field Comfortable with frequent travel and working in a fast-paced environment Basic computer literacy, including Excel and mobile apps for reporting
