Job Summary


We are hiring an Sales Executive to manage campus visits, student interactions, and field activities across Kerala. The role involves conducting sessions, participating in events, and generating quality leads for the admissions team. A short self-introduction video is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities



Visit schools and colleges across Kerala as per schedule Conduct student sessions, workshops, and awareness programs Build strong relationships with Principals, HODs, teachers, and local contacts Collect accurate student/parent data and update the CRM Support offline marketing including brochure and poster distribution Coordinate with local partners and community contacts Generate leads through field activities and referrals Participate in expos, fairs, and campus events Identify institutional partnership opportunities Track performance of visits and events Work closely with Sales/Counseling teams for lead follow-up Drive walk-ins to centers through field activity Maintain daily activity and lead records Submit daily/weekly/monthly reports Support internal teams during campaigns and outreach tasks

Requirements



Bachelor's degree in any discipline 0-3 years of field or institutional engagement experience Good communication skills in English and Malayalam Willingness to travel and handle field operations independently Ability to achieve monthly targets Basic skills in CRM, MS Excel, and Google Workspace Self-introduction video is mandatory
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
