To visit end customers (independent houses and small projects) and close the sales and therefore generate the tertiary orders to the retailers in the assigned area.
To conduct the sales promotional activities efficiently (Road shows, Mini ETCs, Retail Day, etc.)
To develop and nurture the ?My Customers? (Assigned existing Retailer and to be converted retailers).
To Manage the activities of PTP/PTPs of the assigned area (proper servicing, stocking and DMS utilization, addition of new Retailers, etc.) and manage the DSO (distributor Sales officer)
To appoint and manage Channel partners across the given territory.
Achieving assigned monthly sales target.
