The Sales Executive will be responsible for managing qualified inbound and outbound leads, understanding client requirements, and driving conversions through consultative selling. This role requires strong communication skills, relationship-building abilities, and consistent follow-ups to achieve monthly sales targets.
Requirements:
Key Responsibilities

• Handle qualified inbound and outbound leads assigned by the sales team.
• Build strong rapport with prospective clients and understand their requirements in detail.
• Act as a consultant by advising clients on suitable options, customizations, setups, and pricing.
• Prepare and share accurate quotations and proposals based on client needs.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects until deal closure.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless pre-order communication and execution.
• Update CRM systems daily with lead status, interactions, and pipeline movement.
• Achieve individual monthly sales targets and contribute to overall revenue goals.

Requirements & Qualifications

• 0-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles.
• Freshers with strong communication skills and a clear sales mindset are encouraged to apply.
• Ability to understand client psychology and provide professional, solution-oriented guidance.
• Strong listening skills with the ability to persuade and build long-term relationships.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
