As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for managing the complete sales process, from identifying potential customers to closing deals. You will spend a significant amount of time in the field, visiting clients, explaining product features, and ensuring they receive the right support. The role includes generating leads, following up on enquiries, collecting feedback, and helping customers make informed decisions. You will also maintain proper documentation of sales activities and regularly report progress to the team. This role demands a proactive approach, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently while achieving sales goals.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular field visits to meet customers, understand their requirements, and present suitable product offerings.
  • Identify new business opportunities through market research, cold calling, direct visits, and referrals.
  • Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with customers by offering continuous support and timely follow-ups.
  • Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and offers clearly during in-person meetings or demonstrations.
  • Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets by converting leads into successful sales.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales pipeline, and daily field activities.
  • Prepare and submit sales reports, updates, and performance summaries as required.
  • Gather feedback from customers about products, market trends, and competitor offerings, and share insights with internal teams.
  • Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for promotional activities, product availability, and customer support.
  • Handle basic after-sales processes to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Participate in local events, field campaigns, and promotional drives to increase visibility and generate new leads.
