We are looking for a competitive and trustworthy Sales Executive to help us build up our business activities. Roles and Responsibilities:
Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and other possible sources.
Set up meetings with potential clients and convert them to closures
Making Outbound Calls, generating new opportunities & nurturing the opportunities generated
Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects
Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
Work with the teams (External/Internal) to develop and grow the sales pipeline to consistently meet desired goals.
Data-driven analysis with strong attention to detail and ability to execute within a matrix team structure.
Sharing quotations to customers through email on real-time basis
Communicating with customers on over phone & over email.
Build, manage profitable & sustainable business in the assigned zone.
Develop, drive new business opportunities.
Ensure strategy implementation & support the sales team to achieve target
Mange the entire sales cycle of a new client from lead qualification to invoicing and maintain a healthy lead to closure ratio.
Tracking weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and sales metrics
Track, analyze, and communicate key quantitative metrics and business trends as they relate to partner relationships.
The ideal candidate for this role will come with past experience in managing relationships with customers and running a sales team, with clear sales targets.
We are heavily biased towards candidates who come with a proven track record of taking ownership, understanding customer pain-points, driving results and moving with speed to implement ideas in a fast-paced environment.
Skills Required:
Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role.
