Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic
Software Sales Professional
to drive business growth by generating leads, building client relationships, and closing sales for our software solutions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in software/IT sales, strong communication skills, and the ability to understand customer requirements and propose effective solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities through cold calls, networking, and referrals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Understand client needs and present tailored software solutions to meet their business goals.
Deliver product presentations, demos, and proposals to clients.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close deals successfully.
Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to enhance client engagement.
Maintain sales pipeline and provide regular reports/forecasts to management.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
2-6 years of experience in software/IT sales (B2B preferred).
Strong understanding of software solutions, SaaS, or enterprise applications.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
