architects, consultants, builders, and other clients

Key Responsibilities
Generate sales leads and business opportunities for HVAC projects.
Promote and sell HVAC solutions including:
VRF / VRV systems
Chillers (Air-cooled & Water-cooled)
AHUs & FCUs
Ductable Units
Ducting & Ventilation works
Non-VRF / Conventional HVAC systems
Build and maintain strong relationships with
architects, consultants, PMC, builders, and end clients
.
Attend client meetings, site visits, and project discussions.
Understand project requirements and coordinate with design & estimation teams.
Support
BOQ review, technical submittals, and proposal preparation
.
Follow up on quotations, negotiations, and order finalization.
Track project status from enquiry to order closure.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and CRM updates.
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong knowledge of
HVAC systems and ventilation works
.
Experience in
architect & consultant-based selling
.
Good
communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
.
Ability to understand drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications.
Self-motivated with strong relationship-building skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools.
Qualifications
Diploma / BE / BTech in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
MBA / Sales training is an added advantage.
