Identify new business opportunities and generate leads for HVAC projects and unit sales.
Meet potential customers (builders, architects, consultants, and end-users) to present OPTCOOL's products and services.
Prepare and follow up on quotations, negotiate terms, and close sales orders.
Coordinate with the design and execution teams to ensure smooth project handover.
Maintain excellent customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and new product developments.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum
1-3 years of experience
in HVAC / Air Conditioning Sales (VRF, Ductable, Split ACs, etc.).
Diploma or Degree in
Mechanical / Electrical Engineering
(preferred but not mandatory).
Good communication and negotiation skills in
English and Malayalam.
Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
Valid two-wheeler driving license and willingness to travel.
