We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Hunter-Farmer Sales Executive to drive business growth by both acquiring new clients and managing existing accounts. This dual-role position requires a proactive sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves closing deals, and is equally passionate about nurturing long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Hunter Responsibilities (New Business Development):
? Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research.
? Build a robust pipeline of qualified leads to meet or exceed sales targets.
? Conduct compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations.
? Negotiate contracts and close new business deals.
? Maintain up-to-date CRM records of all prospecting and client interactions.
Farmer Responsibilities (Account Management):
? Manage a portfolio of existing accounts to ensure retention and satisfaction.
? Upsell and cross-sell additional products/services to maximize account growth.
? Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their needs and delivering value.
? Collaborate with support teams to ensure successful onboarding and issue resolution.
? Monitor account performance and report on key metrics and client health.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
? 3+ years of proven success in B2B sales, account management, or a similar role.
? Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
? Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
? CRM experience (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
? Self-starter with strong time management and organizational abilities.
