We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Hunter-Farmer Sales Executive to drive business growth by both acquiring new clients and managing existing accounts. This dual-role position requires a proactive sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves closing deals, and is equally passionate about nurturing long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities



Hunter Responsibilities (New Business Development):




Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research.


Build a robust pipeline of qualified leads to meet or exceed sales targets.


Conduct compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations.


Negotiate contracts and close new business deals.


Maintain up-to-date CRM records of all prospecting and client interactions.

Farmer Responsibilities (Account Management):




Manage a portfolio of existing accounts to ensure retention and satisfaction.


Upsell and cross-sell additional products/services to maximize account growth.


Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their needs and delivering value.


Collaborate with support teams to ensure successful onboarding and issue resolution.


Monitor account performance and report on key metrics and client health.

Qualifications & Requirements



Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).


3+ years of proven success in B2B sales, account management, or a similar role.


Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.


Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.


CRM experience (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).


Self-starter with strong time management and organizational abilities.

Requirements

Must-Haves :


B2B Sales Experience (3+ years) primarily solution selling.

Malayalam - Speaking

IC role.

CRM experience (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).

Notice Period - Immediate - 45days

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
