About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven
Lead Generation cum Sales Executive
to join our fast-growing HRM SaaS team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and acquiring corporate clients, setting up product demos, and closing high-quality sales deals. You should be a self-starter with a passion for technology sales and excellent communication skills in English.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation:
Identify and research potential corporate clients across industries.
Generate qualified leads via cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and other digital channels.
Maintain and update CRM with accurate client information and lead status.
Sales & Closures:
Conduct product presentations and schedule demos for HRM SaaS software.
Understand client pain points and propose relevant solutions.
Handle end-to-end sales cycle including negotiation, follow-up, and closing deals.
Consistently achieve monthly targets of
3-4 closed deals.
Client Engagement:
Build and nurture relationships with decision-makers (HR heads, CHROs, IT heads, etc.).
Provide timely responses to inquiries and ensure a smooth onboarding experience post-sale.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Mandatory 2-4 years experience in HRM Software or SaaS Sales.
Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Exceptional communication skills in
English
- both verbal and written.
Strong presentation and product demo skills.
Experience in working with corporate clients and understanding B2B sales cycles.
Comfortable working in a
remote
environment and independently managing tasks.
Good to Have:
Prior experience as a
tele-caller or inside sales executive
with international calling experience.
Understanding of the HRTech landscape and SaaS metrics.
