We are seeking a highly driven and results-oriented
Sales Executive
with proven experience in the
payroll management services sector
. The ideal candidate will possess strong industry knowledge, an established client network, and the ability to identify, develop, and close business opportunities in a competitive market.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate qualified leads for payroll management services through networking, cold calling, and market research.
Conduct client meetings to understand business requirements and present tailored payroll solutions.
Prepare and deliver impactful sales presentations and proposals.
Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client communications in the CRM system.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery.
Qualifications & Experience:
Minimum
2-4 years of experience in sales within a payroll management company
(mandatory).
Strong understanding of payroll processes, statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, TDS, etc.), and related services.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools is preferred.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred).
Compensation:
?40,000 - ?45,000 per month
