Key Skills:- 1. Connect with Developers and forge deals for bulk buying.

2. Generate leads and build relationships by nurturing warm prospects and finding new potential sales outlet.

3. Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects.

4. Communicate with clients to identify their requirements and choice of property.

5. Coordinate the closing of property deals to ensure vital documents are signed and payment received.

6. Writing business proposals and negotiation with stakeholders.

7. Conduct research to identify new market and customer needs.

8. Keep records of sales, revenue, invoice etc.

9. Provide trustworthy feedback and after- sale support.

10. Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?14,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
