We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented

Sales Executive - Real Estate

to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, handling client inquiries, conducting site visits, and closing property deals while maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Generate leads through calls, walk-ins, referrals, and digital platforms Handle inbound and outbound sales calls professionally Understand client requirements and suggest suitable properties Arrange and conduct site visits with potential customers Explain project details, pricing, payment plans, and legal aspects clearly Follow up regularly with prospects to convert leads into sales Negotiate terms and close deals as per company guidelines Maintain accurate records of client interactions in CRM or reports Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, legal, accounts) for smooth closures Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Requirements & Skills

Bachelor's degree Proven experience in real estate sales or field sales Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets Presentable, confident, and customer-focused approach Willingness to travel for site visits Knowledge of local real estate market is an added advantage
