Key Responsibilities:
Present and explain details of ongoing real estate projects to potential clients
Generate and qualify leads through calls, meetings, and networking
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties
Conduct client site visits, coordinate follow-ups and drive towards the closure
Drive the sales process from initial discussion to closure, ensuring target achievement
Maintain accurate sales reports and CRM updates
Stay updated with market trends, project developments, pricing, and competitor offerings
Requirements:
2-5 years of experience in real estate sales (Preferred or any similar industry) (Gurgaon/NCR preferred)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Proven sales track record with target achievement
Ability to build rapport with clients and close deals effectively
Knowledge of local real estate market and projects
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
