Investor Home Solutions is seeking a dynamic

Sales Executive

with 2-5 years of experience in real estate sales to join our team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will be responsible for presenting and promoting ongoing real estate projects, building strong client relationships, and driving deals to successful closure. This role demands excellent communication skills, deep understanding of real estate offerings, and a results-oriented mindset.

Key Responsibilities:



Present and explain details of ongoing real estate projects to potential clients Generate and qualify leads through calls, meetings, and networking Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties Conduct client site visits, coordinate follow-ups and drive towards the closure Drive the sales process from initial discussion to closure, ensuring target achievement Maintain accurate sales reports and CRM updates Stay updated with market trends, project developments, pricing, and competitor offerings

Requirements:



2-5 years of experience in real estate sales (Preferred or any similar industry) (Gurgaon/NCR preferred) Strong communication and negotiation skills Proven sales track record with target achievement Ability to build rapport with clients and close deals effectively Knowledge of local real estate market and projects Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
