experienced Sales Executive

with strong expertise in

cold calling and sales conversion

to drive revenue growth while maintaining ethical and professional standards.

Roles & Responsibilities

Perform

high-volume cold calling

to prospective customers Generate, qualify, and convert leads into successful sales Clearly explain products/services and handle customer objections Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and closures Build and maintain long-term customer relationships Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth sales execution Follow company guidelines and ethical sales practices
Required Skills & Experience

Minimum 1-2 years of experience

in cold calling / tele sales / sales Strong communication skills in

Hindi

(basic English preferred) Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets Excellent persuasion and negotiation skills Experience using CRM, Excel, or calling tools Self-motivated, disciplined, and result-oriented
Preferred Qualifications

Experience in service-based, digital, media, or devotional sector sales Graduate / Undergraduate with relevant sales experience
