Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other sales channels
Pitch company products/services to prospective Indian clients
Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions
Conduct sales calls, meetings, and follow-ups
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Maintain accurate records of leads and sales activities in CRM
Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for smooth closures
Build and maintain long-term client relationships
Requirements & Skills:
1-4 years of experience in sales (B2B/B2C - Indian market)
Strong verbal and written communication skills (Hindi & English)
Experience in inside sales, outbound calling, or corporate sales
Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Excel
Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and disciplined
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in IT services / Digital Marketing / SaaS sales
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
