We are looking for a results-driven Sales Executive to join our cement plant operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads through calling, managing client data using MS Excel, and preparing professional documents in MS Word. You will act as the primary point of contact for builders, contractors, and dealers to drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Calling:
Proactively call potential clients (builders, contractors, and retailers) to introduce products and initiate sales opportunities.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new dealers/distributors to ensure regular orders.
Data Management (Excel):
Maintain accurate, daily records of sales calls, customer databases, and follow-up schedules using
Microsoft Excel
.
Documentation (Word):
Prepare professional sales quotations, proposals, and official letters for clients using
Microsoft Word
.
Reporting:
Submit regular weekly and monthly sales reports to management regarding market trends and competitor activity.
Requirements & Skills
Communication:
Fluent in
English
(verbal and written) with a professional phone manner.
Computer Literacy:
High proficiency in
MS Excel
(Data entry, basic formulas) and
MS Word
(Formatting, letter writing).
Negotiation:
Strong ability to handle objections and close deals effectively.
Industry Knowledge:
Basic understanding of cement products or construction materials is a plus.
Attributes:
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work in a high-pressure environment.
