You will engage with potential members, book consultations, and convert leads into long term members. Key Responsibilities
Engage walk in prospects, booth visitors, and in gym enquiries.
Follow up with leads from social media, referrals, campaigns, and walk ins.
Schedule and manage appointments for gym tours and consultations.
Present memberships, pricing, and services with confidence and clarity.
Work closely with the Sales Manager to achieve daily and weekly targets.
Maintain accurate lead tracking through CRM and reporting systems.
Candidate Profile
Minimum two years of experience in direct sales or customer facing roles.
Strong communication skills with a confident, people first approach.
Comfortable with phone calls, face to face sales, and live interactions.
Passion for fitness and belief in promoting a healthy lifestyle.
Experience in gyms, hospitality, or luxury retail is an added advantage.
