Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads and prospects through various sources (e.g., networking, cold calling, referrals)
Conduct property viewings and presentations to potential buyers and renters
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge and best practices
Maintain accurate records and reports of sales activities and performance
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Fresher and experience in real estate sales or a related field
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving and time management skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing market conditions
