Job Summary:

Astrent Sons Collective LLP is looking for a

smart, energetic, and field-ready Sales Executive (Male only)

to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have at least

2 years of door-to-door or field sales experience

, possess strong communication skills, and be based in

Gurgaon

. This is an

on-ground role

focused on

client acquisition, lead generation, and order follow-ups

across Delhi NCR.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform

door-to-door sales

to cafes, retailers, food businesses, distributors, and offices in Delhi NCR Generate leads, pitch products, and convert prospects into clients Take follow-ups from potential customers and maintain strong client relationships Maintain daily visit records and client data in

Excel sheets

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets Represent the company professionally in all client interactions Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, delivery, and feedback Report daily progress to the reporting manager Distribute product samples, brochures, or marketing materials as needed

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Male candidates only

(mandatory) Must be

based in Gurgaon

(no remote or relocation applicants) Minimum

2 years of field sales experience

(FMCG or B2B preferred) Excellent

verbal communication and convincing skills

Must own a

bike

and be comfortable with

daily travel

across Delhi NCR Petrol expenses will be

reimbursed

as per actuals Must have a

personal laptop

for data entry and reporting Proficiency in

Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
