Job Description

A Sales Executive is responsible for driving revenue growth building strong client relationships, and exceeding sales targets. They also analyze market trends, identify new opportunities, and collaborate with other departments to achieve company goals. Key Responsibilities:

Develop and Implement Sales Strategies:

Create and execute plans to increase sales, including identifying target markets, developing sales pitches, and managing the sales pipeline.

Build and Maintain Client Relationships:

Establish and nurture strong relationships with key clients to ensure customer satisfaction and drive repeat business.

Achieve Sales Targets:

Set and exceed sales goals, focusing on both individual performance and team performance.

Generate and Manage Leads:

Identify potential customers, develop lead generation strategies, and manage the sales pipeline to ensure a steady flow of new business.

Collaborate with Other Departments:

Work with marketing, customer service, and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience and support sales efforts.

Prepare and Present Reports:

Analyze sales data, track progress, and prepare reports for management to demonstrate performance and identify areas for improvement.

Negotiate and Close Deals:

Negotiate contracts, finalize deals, and ensure that all agreements are mutually beneficial.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
