Employment Type: Full-Time / Internship (3 months)
Working Mode: On-site / Hybrid (if applicable)
Shifts: 6 Day (9:30 AM - 6:30 PM) / Night (9:00 PM - 6:00 AM)
Reporting To: Sales Head

Salary Range: ₹3 LPA - ?6.5 LPA | Internship Stipend: ₹0-?15,000/month

Job Purpose:
Drive revenue growth through sales of software products, IT solutions, and services. Build strong client relationships while delivering exceptional customer experiences. Collaborate with internal teams to achieve business objectives and expand market reach.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify, qualify, and convert potential clients, including SMEs, corporates, and partners Promote software solutions, IT services, and custom digital products Execute outbound calls, online meetings, and email campaigns to generate leads and close deals Upsell and cross-sell services such as software subscriptions, implementation support, and IT consulting Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Client Relationship Management:

Build long-term relationships with customers through consistent engagement and follow-ups Handle client queries, feedback, and concerns with professionalism and empathy Maintain high client retention and referral business
Market & Competitor Analysis:

Monitor software trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences Recommend promotional strategies and product offers based on market insights Suggest improvements in software offerings to align with industry trends
Reporting & Coordination:

Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and client communications in CRM Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports and share key insights with management Coordinate with operations, marketing, and delivery teams for seamless client experience
Customer Experience:

Ensure end-to-end support during software implementation, updates, and post-sales assistance Deliver exceptional service standards to enhance brand reputation and customer satisfaction
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Technical / Professional Skills:

Proficiency in CRM tools (Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot) Knowledge of software sales or IT solutions is a plus Understanding of client business needs and digital solutions Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Soft Skills:

Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills Active listening and empathy to understand client needs Integrity and professionalism to build trust with customers Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets Problem-solving, adaptability, and creativity in solutions
Education:

Graduate in any discipline Certifications in IT, sales, or software solutions are a plus
Experience:

0-3 years in sales or software/IT services Freshers with passion for sales are encouraged to apply Experience in tour & travel industry is a plus (helps in handling client relationships and package sales experience)

Self-motivated and goal-oriented Team player with collaborative mindset Flexible to work in different shifts as required Eager to learn and stay updated on software and IT industry trends
