Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist walk-in customers, explaining membership plans and services.
Actively pursue leads through calls, follow-ups, and inquiries.
Convert leads into active members by providing accurate and engaging information.
Maintain strong product knowledge of fitness programs, personal training packages, and club facilities.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.
Maintain records of prospects, inquiries, and sales in CRM or designated tools.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships to ensure renewals and referrals.
Coordinate with the operations and fitness teams for smooth member onboarding.
Participate in promotional activities and marketing campaigns as required.
Provide exceptional customer service and handle queries professionally.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in any field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Goal-oriented with the ability to work under pressure.
Good presentation and customer handling skills.
Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM tools).
