Job Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound international calls in a professional manner
Assist customers by addressing their queries and providing accurate information
Ensure call quality standards are met and maintain high customer satisfaction
Accurately update system records after each customer interaction
Requirements:
Excellent spoken English communication skills
Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts
Basic computer proficiency
Open to fresh graduates or candidates with no prior experience
